Game scenario

The game starts in the restaurant environment. During the game, participants have the opportunity to start a hotel business in a separate subsidiary, thus forming a group relationship.

Participants are divided into six teams. Each team consisting of 1-3 participants, play the role of senior management of their own company, all starting off with exactly the same conditions and with identical financial statements.

The teams will then, for two fictional years, operate their businesses aiming to gain the highest possible profitability. Before each new quarter, the teams make tactical and strategic decisions in a number of matters, striving to achieve set goals in various regards.

Although the game scenario takes place within the hospitality industry, the decisions taken can be applied to companies in most industries - The business principles are the same, regardless of industry!
